About Us

About Century Components

Step back in time with me to Century Component’s home. We are nestled in the rolling hills of Holmes County, Ohio. Here in Amish Country an earlier era comes alive with picturesque one room school houses, rolling farmland and, horse drawn buggies clipping down the road. Neighbors know each other and wave. Friends and families work together and help each other.
But even in the timelessness of the Amish families in Holmes County, things do change. As the amount of available farmland decreases, more of our families have returned to our roots of woodworking. Today we have hundreds of woodworking shops making some of the finest furniture, cabinets, and components in the world. What once was made just for our own homes is now being made for you.
Using the same principles that have stood the test of time for generations, we apply our strong work ethic, integrity, and genuine caring, to craft the highest quality kitchen accessories — all built here in North America. As you walk through the Century Components facility you will be surprised by how quiet it is. No long conveyor belts or assembly lines get in the way of your tour. Each craftsman is focused on his area, building bench-made components. A nephew, Brent, is hand bending the steamed, solid clear maple to make a lazy susan rim. Brian is minutely shaving the mitered edges to make sure the joints match. Conversations focus on the customer. “How soon does she need this?” “ Yes, we can customize this quickly.”
We believe in the bench-made way of thinking rather than high volume, mass production because we care about our products. We care about designing, crafting, and finishing in ways that add real value to your kitchens. When your customers open that showroom cabinet door, you can trust in the quality and beauty of our interior components. We welcome the opportunity to make you a part our our Century Components family.
